Our Story
Susquehanna Property Management was founded by brother-sister team Rob Bollack and Lauren Marchitelli, two Maryland natives who built their careers helping people buy, sell, and care for their homes.
For years, Rob managed his own investment properties while running The Bollack Team and co-owning Maryland Home Renovations, a licensed contracting company. But the inspiration for starting Susquehanna Property Management came from something deeply personal.
Around 2022, Rob’s family discovered that his grandfather, a hardworking man who spent his life in construction, was being defrauded by his property manager. Rent payments were being stolen, and false maintenance costs were being charged. The experience was devastating and eye-opening, showing just how vulnerable property owners can be when honesty and oversight are missing.
Determined to do better, Rob and Lauren founded Susquehanna Property Management with a simple mission: to bring integrity, transparency, and professionalism back to property management.
Today, they combine their backgrounds in real estate, construction, and marketing to deliver a one-stop solution for landlords. From expert market advice and tenant placement to trusted repairs and maintenance, every property is managed with care and accountability.
At the heart of it all is a guiding philosophy:
“If we wouldn’t live in it, we wouldn’t manage it.”
Built on family values and local roots, Susquehanna Property Management continues to grow organically, one trusted relationship at a time.

Lauren Marchitelli has been in sales and marketing for more than 14 years with a focus on customer service, sales, and contract negotiation.
Lauren left her corporate job at a Fortune 500 company in 2021 to join her brother Rob Bollack and The Bollack Team of Cummings & Co. Realtors, and she has never looked back. She loves working hard to help clients buy and sell their homes and specializes in first-time homebuyers and investment properties. Beyond real estate, Lauren is co-owner of Susquehanna Property Management LLC, where she handles all aspects of property management, including marketing, tenant placement, background screening, and licensing. When not working, Lauren loves to spend time with her husband, who is unfortunately a Steelers fan, and two young children or can be found reading a good book.
